Half the time, I feel like I am reading someone else's story.
Thank you for visiting.
I had this idea in my head for a very long time. Tried to start writing it down, more than once. Read about how other people wrote books. Outlines, maps, plot summary.....there are a thousand suggestions, including how much and how often you need to write.
Nothing seemed to work for me.
Then I decide to just write and write some more. They idea was flowing, but the story was being directed page by page. Even for me, I was surprised by some of the things that developed as I wrote. Jack is one of those things. As I wrote, things started connecting, the story started to grow.
It has been an amazing experience, I threw out everything anyone said, and just wrote when I wanted, did not reread or make corrections. I just let it flow. I did not need to set times to write, each day I was excited to see what would happen.
If you want to write, all I can say is just do it. Do what feels right for you. No two people are the same and no stories are the same. Write for yourself, tell your story and just enjoy it. No Pressure, No Worries, No Critics.
It is your adventure.
What am I doing
