In the beginning there were three. They came together combining parts of each to create everything. This was the true trinity and the beginning of all. As the universe grew, two of the three took a hand in many things. They shaped it, made it a representation of themselves and what they thought it should be. They spun the universe, galaxies, and stars from primordial matter. The two were opposite of each other, but neither was stronger. When one created light, the other created dark, when one created life, the other created death. The third watched, alone. The third could not create light or dark, life or death, its power was binding. As the third watched, its mind became twisted in anger and jealousy. The two could create, it could not, but what they bound, it could unbind. That twisted mind went on a rampage and destroyed everything the two created, lashing out at anything and everything, until it found itself in a void. A void it had created, a void that cut it off from everything, trapped it, alone. The Void was cold, empty, and black. The third spent eons in the void, its anger and hatred growing as each millennium passed.
Then something changed, a rock spinning through space entered the void. The third saw this opportunity to live again. All but forgotten the third could return and its return would be the end of all. The third attached a seed of itself inside the rock, and it sent it off into the dark.
